Clean Room (enviromentally controlled)

Both room's are enviromentally controlled, monitoring for humidity, temperature, pressure and dust particle count.

Clean room No1 = size of area 611 sq ft of floor space.

Clean room No2 = size of area 823 sq ft of floor space.

Standards of clean rooms are in accordance with BAE Systems R506416 standards.

Continuous temperature and humidity monitoring, positive pressure enviroment to prevent partical ingress in loading areas.

Regular dust and particle count monitoring to ASTM F50 (particle count)

The clean rooms are used in the manufacture and repair of composite components. Predominantly the structures are made up of pre-impregnated materials such as CFRP, GFRP & AFRP.
