                   Company History

Formally an arm of Bond Helicopters, Rotortech was formed in 1979, and has evolved from an innovative creator of advanced composite structures, designed primarily for the UK offshore rotary industry. Today it is involved in aspects of composite engineering, embracing all arms of aerospace industry technology ranging from fixed and rotary wing components to defence missile, stealth and UAV structures.

In September 2007 Rotortech was purchased by Penta Investments as a support facility for Aero Vodochody in the Czech Republic and was renamed as Rotortech Aero Composites Limited.

Rotortech has acquired and is proud to employ the highest level of quality processes underlined by its ISO 9001 / 2000 accreditation.
