In September 2007 Rotortech was acquired by Penta Investments Limited as a support facility for Aero Vodochody a.s. in the Czech Republic and was renamed as Rotortech Aero Composites Limited.

In 2009, Rotortech Aero Composites became 100% subsidiary of AERO Vodochody,  the largest czech aerospace company with turnover above 200 mil. USD.
