RACL currently owns its 6.5 acre Bourn plant housing manufacturing facilities of approximately 2500 sq/m including Aerospace Approved clean rooms, trimming and assembly shops, spray shop facilities, and its manufacturing areas include several various size temperature controlled ovens allowing programming of cures up to 200 degrees centigrade, additionally RACL owns one of the UK's largest private Autoclave's at 10 metres in length and 3 metres diameter, with nitrogen pressurisation and liquid cooling head, we can accommodate a wide range of objects and cure cycles ranging from basic to complex profiles up to 200 degrees centigrade and 100psi, with full computerised cure recording and traceability.

In addition RACL houses an Aerospace Approved stores and goods inspection facility, a Design office equipped with multiple work stations utilising Catia V5 and Autocad suites.

The surrounding grounds of the facility allow easy expansion possibilities, some of which are currently under evaluation.
