Schedule Adherence / Quality Performance Measures and Project Management

At present RACL are rated by customer with regard to Schedule Adherence and Quality on specific projects. However we do have in place procedures to monitor ourselves as per our own Quality Approvals. These are currently held in RACL Document POE Volume 2.17 and 2.18 Copies can be provided on request.

Project Management :- Depending on the specfic customer requirements, project management is also carried out and appropriate feedback during duration of the project.

Project Planning:- At quotation stage a project plan would be supplied providing preliminary timescales, which would be firmed up once final details were agreed.
